DAMAGED OR DEFECTED PRODUCTS​

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please email healinghounds.co@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or discuss alternative options on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS​

We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery, even if the product is not defective. If you’ve changed your mind or no longer need the item, please contact us to initiate a return. A prepaid return label will be provided by email upon request. To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
