Processing Time

All of our products are made from scratch in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Processing time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Flat-rate shipping: $15 CAD
Shipping is calculated at checkout
Free Shipping on $95 orders

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship orders via Canada Post or a comparable courier service.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Healing Hounds & Co is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Healing Hounds & Co is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
